Canalpulse for Amazon: your Amazon business next to all your other channels

Canalpulse is a multichannel management system for sellers in Mexico. It connects to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official authorization and gives you, in one place, your orders, your listings with their price and stock, your inventory in Amazon fulfillment centers (FBA), your inbound shipments and removals, and the reconciliation of your settlements — alongside Mercado Libre, Walmart and your other channels.

14-day trial. No card required. No per-sale fees.

What Canalpulse does with your Amazon account

Each feature uses only the Amazon permission (Selling Partner API role) it needs. This is how each feature maps to its role:

SP-API role: Inventory and Order Tracking

Orders and inventory

Your Amazon orders flow into Canalpulse automatically and deduct your master inventory, so a sale on Amazon never leaves you selling, on another channel, stock you no longer have.

  • Automatic import of orders (FBA and merchant-fulfilled) every few minutes, with up-to-date status.
  • One sales inbox shared with your other marketplaces, filterable by channel and status.
  • Each order line is linked to your master product by SKU to deduct inventory and measure sales per product.
  • Sales calendar and reports by day, channel and product.
  • Mexican electronic invoicing (CFDI) of your sales, issued by you from Canalpulse.

Amazon information used: Orders and order items (order number, date, status, SKU, quantities and amounts). No buyer personal information.

SP-API role: Product Listing

Listings, stock and catalog

See all your Amazon listings next to your other channels and keep their stock current from a single inventory.

  • Mirror of your FBA and merchant-fulfilled listings (SKU, ASIN, title, status, price and quantity).
  • Link each listing to its master product by SKU.
  • Update the stock of your merchant-fulfilled listings when your inventory changes (stock is never written to FBA: Amazon controls it).
  • Create and edit listings from your catalog, validated by Amazon before submitting.
  • ASIN catalog images and attributes to complete your product records.

Amazon information used: Listings Items, listings reports, Catalog Items and Product Type Definitions.

SP-API role: Pricing

Pricing and Buy Box

Manage your Amazon price with the competition in view.

  • View the offers on an ASIN and who holds the Buy Box.
  • Edit the price of your listings from Canalpulse.

Amazon information used: Offers and competitive pricing for the ASIN; your own selling price.

SP-API role: Amazon Fulfillment

FBA inventory, inbound shipments and removals

Know what you have in Amazon fulfillment centers, what is on its way and what is coming back, without opening Seller Central.

  • FBA inventory per SKU (fulfillable, reserved, inbound) — read only.
  • Tracking of your inbound shipments to Amazon, flagging units shipped but not received by Amazon.
  • Replenishment plan: how much to send to FBA based on your sales velocity.
  • FBA removals and returns with their tracking number and units per shipment.

Amazon information used: FBA Inventory, Fulfillment Inbound and removal reports.

SP-API role: Finance and Accounting

Settlements and reconciliation

Match every Amazon disbursement to the orders, fees and charges behind it.

  • Import of Amazon financial events and settlements.
  • Per-order breakdown: sale, Amazon referral fee, FBA fees, shipping, refunds and adjustments.
  • Reconciliation of each settlement against the deposit in your bank, and export for your accountant.

Amazon information used: Finances (financial events) and settlement reports.

What Canalpulse does not do

  • It does not sell, rent or share your Amazon information with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.
  • It does not use your Amazon information for anything other than providing the service to you, and never combines it with other sellers' data.
  • It does not write stock to your FBA inventory: Amazon manages that inventory.
  • It never asks for your Amazon password: the connection uses Amazon's official authorization and you can revoke it at any time.

How the connection works

  1. In Canalpulse, go to Canales → Amazon → Conectar (or install the app from the Selling Partner Appstore).
  2. Amazon shows you its authorization screen with the permissions Canalpulse requests; you decide whether to approve them.
  3. On approval, Amazon returns an access token to Canalpulse, which we store encrypted. Your password never passes through us.
  4. You can revoke access at any time: from Canalpulse (Desconectar) or from Seller Central → Settings → Manage Your Apps.

How we handle Amazon information

This section describes how Canalpulse collects, processes, stores, uses, shares and disposes of the information it obtains from Amazon. It complements our Privacy Notice. /privacidad

Collection

  • We obtain Amazon information only through the Selling Partner API, after the seller authorizes Canalpulse, and only for the roles described above.
  • Orders arrive without the buyer's name, email, phone or address: Canalpulse does not obtain buyer personal information.

Use

  • We use Amazon information solely to provide the seller with the features described on this page. We act as a data processor on the seller's behalf.
  • We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not combine it with other sellers' information.

Storage and security

  • Information is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Amazon access tokens are stored encrypted with AES and are never displayed or logged in plain text.
  • The database is not reachable from the internet, and every query is isolated per account (Postgres Row-Level Security): one seller can never see another seller's information.
  • Within each account, the seller controls with roles and permissions what each team member can see and do.
  • Daily encrypted backups (AES-256) in a location separate from the primary server.

Sharing

  • With infrastructure providers that operate Canalpulse on our behalf (server hosting, and Cloudflare for network and backups), under confidentiality and security obligations.
  • With the systems the seller connects and asks us to use: the seller's own ERP (for example Odoo) when they choose to send it their orders, and their e-invoicing provider (PAC) when they issue a Mexican electronic invoice.
  • With authorities, only when required by law.
  • We do not share Amazon information with any other third party.

Retention and disposal

  • We retain information while the seller's account is active, because it is the history of their own business.
  • When Amazon is disconnected, we immediately delete the access tokens and stop retrieving information.
  • When the account is closed, or at the seller's request, we delete their Amazon information.

Incidents

  • We maintain an incident response plan. If we detect a security incident affecting Amazon information, we notify Amazon and the affected sellers in accordance with Amazon's policies and applicable law.

Pricing

Plans from 599 MXN per month with unlimited sales and no per-sale fees. Amazon is included in every plan; there is no extra charge for the integration.
